In 2005, Tom launched FlexOnThis.com, a website which looked beyond traditional means to provide Off Road enthusiasts with the latest event news and coverage. FlexOnThis.com successfully utilized the internet to provide event coverage streaming and downloadable videos garnering over a half a million views during a 6 month period in 2006. Tom also manages rookie XRRA team RIDE Motorsports, the first all female team in rock racing.
